Ranger's Reserve

Ranger's Reserve is a city-building mobile game where the player is tasked with creating their own animal sanctuary. Players can build and customize their animal sanctuary and fill it with all kinds of exotic animals.

This is a school project I worked on as a producer. The project management tool I used was Jira, where I created and managed sprints and tasks and made sure the project stayed on schedule. We had a team of six people including three artists and two programmers as well as myself as the producer.

I had to make sure everyone was getting an equal amount of work and had to make some cuts to make sure the project was finished in time. Overall I am very satisfied with the end result.
